• Account data — name, email address, and a hashed password when you register or purchase a course.
• Purchase data — courses purchased, amounts, and payment status. Card details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Learning data — course progress, lesson completions, and quiz attempts, used to provide the Service.
• Email engagement — if you are subscribed to our emails, we record delivery, open, click, bounce, and unsubscribe events to manage our mailing list.

2. How We Use Data

We use your data to provide and improve the Service: delivering course access, processing payments, sending transactional emails (such as enrollment confirmations and password resets), sending marketing emails you can opt out of at any time, and maintaining the security of the platform. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Service Providers

We share data with a small number of processors strictly to operate the Service: Stripe (payments), SendGrid (email delivery), Microsoft Azure (file storage), and Cloudflare (video hosting). Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. If analytics are enabled on this site, they may set additional cookies to help us understand aggregate usage.

5. Retention

We keep account and purchase data for as long as your account exists or as required for legal and accounting purposes. You can request deletion of your account by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
