Terms of Service

Last updated: October 14, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Xari Academy (the "Service"), available at learn.xari.io. By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase courses.

2. Courses and License

When you enroll in a course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content for your own learning. You may not share your account, redistribute, resell, record, or publicly display course content without our written permission. All course content, including videos, text, and materials, remains the intellectual property of Xari Academy or its licensors.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Prices are shown at checkout and charged in the listed currency. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. Subscription and payment-plan purchases renew automatically on the schedule shown at checkout until completed or cancelled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your account's billing portal. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access other users' accounts or content you have not purchased, interfering with the Service's operation, scraping content, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination for breach, your license to access course content ends.

6. Disclaimers

The Service and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that courses will meet your expectations or produce particular results, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xari Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
